The World Junior Ice Hockey Championships are set to get rolling in a couple of days.

With it being the juniors, it is nothing but youngsters that are playing in this tournament.
Of all those youngsters, there are a couple that are repping the Flyers' organization over the next couple of weeks.
Those players are Brian Zanetti and Cutter Gauthier, who are playing for Switzerland and USA, respectively.
Must read on FlyersInsider
Zanetti is a big defenseman, standing at 6-foot-3, who is a former 4th round pick from the 2021 Entry Draft. He is currently playing in the OHL, and has pretty solid offensive production for a defenseman. He isn't scoring like prime Brent Burns or Cale Makar, but he does do a solid job with getting the offense going for the squad.
This will be Zanetti's second appearance in the WJC, but Switzerland got knocked out by Canada in the quarterfinals that year. Switzerland is expecting big things from him, as this is not his first rodeo. The Flyers will be watching him closely.
The second player to watch is Cutter Gauthier, who was the 5th overall pick in this past NHL Entry Draft. Gauthier is currently with Boston College and has 16 points in 13 games to this point. He has been playing well at the college level, so it is going to be good to see how he performs against other young prospects from around the world. This is his first appearance in the WJC, and the Flyers are expecting big things from him, as they should.
Zanetti and Switzerland are set to open the tournament against Finland, while Gauthier and the Americans have a matchup with Latvia.
