Shipped to Los Angeles with Vincent Lecavalier, Schenn appeared in 43 games with the Kings, before signing a two-year contract with Arizona.
Since the 2015-16 season, Schenn played mostly with bottom tier teams on bottom defensive pairings. He even played in the AHL with the Gulls, the Comets and the Crunch.
But the Tampa Bay Lightning gave him a chance, and since, he didn't disappoint. After winning a Stanley Cup in Florida, he signed a two-year contract with Vancouver and he is playing his best hockey careerwise. He has 10 points in 33 games, which is his best point per game rate since his debut in the NHL.
