Marie-Phillip Poulin is going to be a Hall of Famer. No question about it.

She recently won her third Olympic gold medal, as she registered 17 points in only 7 games during the tournament. At 30 years old, she still got plenty of gas in the tank.
But is she looking for something new? Maybe. Speaking of that, an ECHL team, the Trois-Rivières Lions, are interested in signing the 5 foot 6 forward..
The Lions GM's said that he thinks Poulin can certainly hold her own in this league, so why not letting her know that she could join the team if she wanted to ?
"I think she could hold her own with us. However, I don't know what awaits her. Does she have another commitment? Does professional hockey interest her? Does she want to take up this kind of challenge? These answers belong to her (...) I think everyone wonders how far she could go in men's hockey. If she's interested, we'll do it right. We will allow her to practice, to feel comfortable before being sent into the fray. We always said we were there to give opportunities," said Marc-André Bergeron, Lions GM.
