Rebuilding quickly to be competitive next season is not the most viable option in the long term for a team like the Flyers. They should be focusing on bringing aboard new talents through draft picks, but not by letting go of quality players like
Ivan Provorov or
Travis Sanheim. A rebuild is a long operation that you can't rush. The Blackhawks did it in the 2000's and it paid off so why not do the same and play the long game?
