The NHL's trade deadline is set to be over on March 3rd at 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, it's quickly approaching and trades are flying through the books as we speak, but what is Philadelphia Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher doing?

Well, Elliotte Friedman revealed that Chuck Fletcher passed up on two trades, one that would send James Van Riemsdyk to the Dallas Stars and another that would send one of the top Rangers prospects to the Flyers, the reason for Fletcher backing out is unknown, but we now know who Fletcher is shopping.
Elliotte Friedman reveals that Kevin Hayes, Justin Braun, Ivan Provorov and 'possibly' Tony DeAngelo are all available. Why? Friedman states Fletcher's new goal is to acquire young players who are 'reclamation projects' who can thrive under John Tortorella, such as Owen Tippett, who has found his game under the Flyers new head coach.
Chuck Fletcher is looking for young players who are «reclamation projects.» Team looking for more players like Owen Tippett to thrive under John Tortorella.

Kevin Hayes, Justin Braun, Ivan Provorov and maybe even Tony DeAngelo are available.

An interesting approach, if true, lots of action will be taking place throughout the next few days..
