Depending on your time zone, the NHL trade deadline is scheduled to be finalized on March 3 at 2:00 PM Eastern, which is just two days away.

Trade call with the NHL between LA/CBJ was completed about 10mins ago. Gavrikov & Korpisalo to the Kings in a trade that sends Quick to CBJ as part of a package.
Gavrikov is apparently not carrying an extension with him when he joins the LA Kings, which allows him to depart in the off-season and sign with whomever else he chooses. We do not blame Los Angeles Kings supporters who are unhappy with this outcome, truly blindsided their franchise goaltender.�
