Several teams in the NHL are in need of new homes and it looks like one has been added to this list. The current checklist consists of the Arizona Coyotes will get the new arena first.
Next season they will be playing in the University Hockey Arena, which can only hold up to 5,000 people- and has been made the laughing stalk of the NHL.
Another team in need of a new arena, which will be expected to be the second arena to be introduced in 2023 , is the Ottawa Senators, who are currently nowhere near the actual center of the city of Ottawa, Ontario.

Plans have been announced to build a brand new multi-million dollar stadium in Ottawa's Parliament area downtown.
A third team can be added to the list. It's the Calgary Flames. The current arena, dubbed the 'Saddledome', certainly seems to have taken a big hit. The photo has been published and it has been marked as "unsafe" to be used by the NHL.
The condition of the concrete around the ring beam is worsening at an accelerated rate.
