We are two weeks into the NHL Free Agency with some very good And surprise players still available. One of the biggest names is about the be signed.
Former Colorado Avalanche forward Nazem Kadri had a career defining year in Colorado racking up a career high 87 point season, and was a huge part of the Avalanche run to the Stanley Cup.
Kadri's play didn't go unnoticed as New York Islanders General Manager Lou Lamoriello who was expected to make a big offer to Kadri appears to be a done deal. According to Hockey Insider Mark Seidel:
