There was a little bit of concern toward Kevin Hayes until not that long ago. His offensive production and multiple injuries could indicate that he wasn't going to return to his normal form.

However, Hayes turned it around in a big way. In 20 games since his return from injury, the center leads the Flyers in points (18), even strength points (16), assists (13), shots (55) and ice time (19:08 on average). He's also tied for 2nd in goals with 5.
It's obviously very reassuring for the management. He showed that he can be a strong leader and one of the best forwards for the team. Let's hope that he will continue like that next year.
