The Edmonton Oilers' Connor McDavid, as usual, received the most of the media's attention yesterday throughout the whole day. On his 26th birthday, McDavid beat the San Jose Sharks 7-1 by scoring two goals and adding an assist for a total of three points and five shots on goal.
He decided to voice his strong opinionon hockey today while he being interviewed, and he thinks the NHL should be making a huge rule change.
Connor McDavid thinks the NHL should remove shootouts, and states they have zero purpose.
This has been brought up before, do you think the NHL considers it more now, that the best player in the world is requesting it?
