Chuck Fletcher is expected to be extremely active this summer. There are many areas that will have to be improved in order for the team to be competitive next season.

One of them is the power play. Let's be clear: the PP was abysmal last season. Every team that goes deep into the playoffs has a good power play. This isn't the case of the Flyers.
With John Tortorella arriving behind the bench, there's a strong possibility that a good majority of the coaching staff will be new. Thus, could Chuck Fletcher bring back former Flyers assistant coach Joe Mullen to run the power play?
He was with the Flyers as an assistant between 2007 and 2010. During that period, the Flyers man advantage was in the top-10 of the league 7 times, and 5 times in the top-5.
