Just a few weeks ago, Erik Karlsson made headlines around the NHL when it was discovered that the league-leading point-scoring Swedish defenseman had been actively trending bythe San Jose Sharks after they put him on the trade block. Since then, Karlsson has not been mentioned in trade rumours but rather in the highlight videos that are shown each day after he plays; despite his increased age, it seems that he is just getting better.

With 17 goals and 53 assists in 52 games, Karlsson has more assists and goals than most forwardsin the NHL. But since,Karlsson was caught on tape violating a standard respect rule, many have questioned whether organizations are avoiding him due to concerns with his attitude.
Karlsson made a bad play on the ice and the Florida Panthers buried a goal off of it.

Karlsson chose to leave his normal spot on the bench and walk directly to the locker room, which is rare because every player at least waits to tap his goalie on the head to encourage them whether they win or lose. There was still over a minute on the clock.
You can guess that Karlsson won't be moving on any time soon given his cap hit and attitude.
