Flyers Bernie Parent Spreading Love at St.Christophers Hospital for Children
Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Bernie Parent is arguably the best goaltender in Flyers history, Parent spent years in the NHL and it almost felt unfair at times watching Bobby Clarke producing offense on forward and Bernie Parent standing on his head between the pipes.
Bernie continues to stay in touch with the Flyers community and spends time doing lots of charity work, as well as making surprise visits to local children hospitals with his wife.
One thing Flyers fans say often enough is Bernie was amazing between the pipes, but also a amazing person off the ice. Great work Bernie.
