Last season was very hard in Philadelphia for Flyers fans. Going 25-46-11 and finishing last in the Metropolitan Division.
This has caused for Flyers fans to demand change but Flyers General Manager did minimal moves this off-season. Fletcher failed to bring Johnny Hockey to Philly even with Gaudreau wanting to come here Fletcher couldn't make a deal because of his salary cap space he reported last month.
Fletcher did make one move today when they re-signed 26 year old restricted free agent Hayden Hodgson signed a two-year, two-way/one-way contract with a $800,000 annual salary.
The Windsor, Ontario native just played six games with the Flyers last season, putting up one goal and three points. He was stellar with the Flyers' AHL affiliate Lehigh Valley Phantoms though putting up 19 goals and 31 points in 46 games.
