Montreal Canadiens Owner Makes A Huge Announcement Regarding The Habs Future

The Montreal Canadiens Owner Geoff Molson has been criticized over the years by fans as not caring about how the Habs do on the ice. Because they are one of the most financial strong teams in the NHL making Molson's pockets even thicker.
That changed this season when Molson cleaned house firing mostly the entire off ice Management team and hiring quite possibly the best Management the Canadiens have had since Serge Savard.
Today the Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation held its traditional golf tournament and the journalists present had the chance to meet the Canadiens big boss, Geoff Molson.

The Canadiens had their worst season in franchise history last year finishing 32 in the NHL. So It was no surprise that Molson was asked about the team's future, but also about the support of the fans, despite a poor performance last season.
Here's what Molson had to say:
"It's amazing how, even though we finished 32nd, the fans are still there for us and I think the last few months, it was something that our fans were waiting for. For us to have a renewal, a fresh start, and I think everyone is happy and I hope it goes well." - Geoff Molson
