It is not a question of if, but of when.

There has been a lot of chatter in the last weeks regarding Rasmus Ristolainen situation. Flyers really like the player, but he doesn't seem too keen on the idea to extend his contract with the orange and black.
According to Elliotte Friedman, the defenseman is indeed going to be dealt by the deadline. Ristolainen thinks that the playoffs style of play could be beneficial for his market value this summer.
"I think Rasmus Ristolainen gets moved. He wants a playoff series. Not only do I understand the desire to finally get a chance after almost 600 games, but I could see Ristolainen thinking postseason style as beneficial for his market value," said Elliotte Friedman.

This season, Ristolainen played 44 games this season with Philadelphia, registering 12 points during that span.
