Just hours after the Philadelphia Flyers shocked the hockey world by shipping off top prospect Cutter Gauthier to Anaheim for defenseman Jamie Drysdale, Flyers fans got their first look at their newest defenseman as Drysdale hit the ice for his first practice with the orange and black.
Drysdale showed off his skills during skating drills, showing his lateral movements and quickness, something that head coach John Tortorella emphasized when talking about how Drysdale could help the Flyers.

The Flyers are going to be looking to Drysdale to help with the powerplay struggles as the former number six overall pick has thrived in Anaheim when playing from the blue line.
Tortorella hasn't given confirmation, but Flyers fans could see Drysdale make an impact as soon as Wednesday night when the Flyers welcome the Montreal Canadiens to town.
