Flyers made some important changes in coaching duties

It's simple : the power play is the 3rd worst in the league. The penalty kill isn't as bad, but is still the 21st best in the NHL. Even the changes in the coaching staff didn't helped.

When Alain Vigneault was fired earlier in the season, it was his assistant Michel Therrien who handled the power play, without any success whatsoever. When Mike Yeo came in as interim head coach, it was Darryl Williams who runned the power play.

Well, third time is the charm. Yeo announced today that Williams will now run the penalty kill and manage the defense. John Torchetti, in his case, will manage the forwards and the powerplay.
