Flyers prospect Tyson Foerster gets a major invite
One of the Flyers prospects will soon have something to be gloating about, as he was invited to a major showcase by the league.
In collaboration with Upper Deck, the NHLPA will host the rookie showcase, which will feature some of the most prominent rookies in the NHL.
It is also noteworthy to mention Adam Fantilli(Columbus), Connor Bedard(Chicago) and Leo Carlsson(Anaheim), all of whom have been invited.
Foerster was the only rookie of the Flyers to be invited to the event, which will take place at the Medstar Capitals IcePlex in Arlington, VA, on September 5th.

He was taken 23rd overall in the 2020 NHL Draft, coming out of a season where he scored 3 goals, 4 assists in 8 NHL games, and is expected to compete for a spot in the lineup this year.
There is also going to be a photo shoot for Upper Deck at the event where they are going to take pictures of the players wearing their uniforms and videos for promotional purposes along with rookie cards.
