Bryce Brodzinski has been one of the Minnesota Gophers' most outstanding players this season. He was named the outstanding player in the 2023 Fargo regional, and as of today, the Flyers have good news about this prospect.

The Covid pandemic allows the Gophers to remain with the team for an additional season in which the Flyers can hold onto their rights.
The 22-year-old right winger stands at 6 foot 197 pounds. He was drafted in the 2019 NHL draft in the seventh round, 196th pick overall. Now that he's decided to stay with the Gophers for another season, it appears that he will be in line to become the next captain of the team.
He has yet to sign an entry-level contract with the Flyers he may at the end of this season coming in 2023-2024 as he will be completing his time with the Gophers.
I expect he will be at training camp to try to crack the lineup of this rebuilding lineup in the following year.
