Flyers management and coaching staff had high hopes this year that often-injured way Dallas and would be able to put together a full season for the team. Drafted in 2016, in the second round, 52nd overall the Flyers were expecting Allison to be a consistent contributor.

Unfortunately, Allison's injuries continued to plague him and earlier today it was announced that he will not be in the lineup for the Phantoms as he suffered another injury.
Allison is in his final year of his rookie contract which is $786,000. The restricted free agent with arbitration rights will be looking for a new deal going into next year however, the flyers will certainly take his constant injury problem into account and make a decision on whether to keep him or move on.
With The Phantoms this season, he has played 33 games, has scored seven goals with 4 assists for 11 points. It's highly likely that the Flyers will move on as Allison continues to struggle staying healthy.
