Flyers rookie obliterates former Flyers star.

Ronnie Attard, one of the few Flyers rookies that have made it to the team this season gives a former flyer a reminder of what the team is all about with its physicality. The Flyers were playing the St Louis Blues tonight when Brayden Schenn tried to break into the Flyers' zone when he met a large physical presence.

Attard, through a thundering bodycheck against Schenn into the boards while trying to defend his own end. The 24-year-old defenseman is trying to establish himself as a physical presence for the Flyers especially going into next season's training camp where he's looking to find a spot on the roster.

Having been drafted in the 2019 NHL draft in the third round, 72nd overall he has played 15 games, has scored two goals with two assists for four points and holds eight penalty minutes.
As the rebuilding phase kicks into higher gear, players like Attard will become vital for the Flyers in seeing who can make it and who can't.
The Flyers' next game will be on the road against the Dallas Stars. it will be played on April 6th at 8:30 PM eastern
