Former Philadelphia Flyers forward Aube-Kubel has excelled with a recent change of scenery, after leaving the Philadelphia Flyers he went to the Colorado Avalanche and put up a career-high season in point totals with 22 points in 67 games played.
Kubel then went on to sign a one year deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs, where he didn't get much playing time, but the Washington Capitals decided to give him a better opportunity- and he sure is taking advantage of it!
