Former Flyers Defenseman Puts His House Up for Sale
In the modern age of technology and social media, NHL fans now have an unprecedented glimpse into the personal lives of their favourite players and other NHL stars. Many NHL celebrities have embraced platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and more, offering fans a window into their off-ice activities and interests when they're not on the hockey rink.
During this past summer,
Ivan Provorov, the former defenseman for the Flyers, found himself traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets as part of a three-way deal. Provorov, his girlfriend Madison Fairhurst, and their beloved golden retriever Drake have decided to list their Haddonfield, New Jersey home for sale, with a price tag of $2.95 million.
Regrettably, the couple's New Jersey abode, a recently constructed dwelling, is now on the market. This decision was motivated by their desire to procure a new residence in Ohio.

According to Kelly Speed of SFGate, Provorov's former home was a five-bedroom colonial-style house, completed in 2022. Boasting a spacious 5,646 square feet and an open floor plan, the residence exudes elements of a farmhouse aesthetic, while meticulous detailing has been incorporated to enhance its market value.
As Provorov sets his sights on becoming a cornerstone of the Columbus Blue Jackets' defensive lineup, there is optimism that the change of scenery under the guidance of new head coach Mike Babcock will prove beneficial.
In his concluding season with the Flyers, Provorov impressively participated in all 82 games, notching six goals and 21 assists for a total of 27 points, despite a disappointing plus-minus rating of -17 and accumulating 24 penalty minutes.
