We've lost a lot of people already this year, which has been hard on the hockey community. Today, we're sad to report that we've lost another one.
The Ontario Hockey League's London Knights have announced that 18-year-old Abakar Kazbekov has passed away unexpectedly, and they will be postponing their game tonight as a result.
Abakar earned a full-time roster spot on the Knights' roster this season as it was only his second year playing hockey outside of his hometown in Russia.
