As the Flyers continue to evaluate their talent, especially in the Phantoms and their prospects elsewhere, one player who continues to shine is Boston College forward Cutter Gauthier.

The 19-year-old winger, who was drafted in the first round of the 2022 entry draft 5th overall by the Flyers, is touted as the team's best active prospect in North America. Entering his second year with Boston College in the NCAA, he finished his first year playing 32 games, scoring 16 goals with 21 assists for 37 points and had a +2 rating.
He was known for producing highlight-reel goals, which seemed to have carried over into this season. When Boston College was playing RPI, Gauthier scored two magnificent goals, one of which happened to be in the first minute of the game.

Almost near the blue line and being harassed by one of RPI's players, he ripped a shot that went top shelf, giving Boston College a 1-0 lead.
Later in the first period, while on a power play, Boston College scored again when Gauthier received a glorious pass and fired a one-time shot that blew past the goalie.
It's safe to say this prospect is going to look fantastic in the Flyers' uniform and should provide the team with a much-needed offensive boost as he gets closer to becoming a full-time NHL player.
