European amateur scout and Flyers contributor for the Athletic Alexander Appleyard recently compiled a list of players GM Chuck Fletcher should target to speed up this revamp and retool.

Here are 4 notable names:
1. Alex DeBrincat is the highest profile player on this list. The ask is high and if the team is in a win now mode, that shouldn't be an issue. The problem is, nobody knows how the team will fair next year. So that 2023 or 2024 first rounder may very quickly become lottery bound.

2. Jesper Bratt os an extremely exciting prospect out of the Devils' organization. The 23-year old Swede is extremely quick on his feet, skates like the wing and is fresh off a 73 point season in just 76 games. Playing with Jack Hughes helps but he is a superstar in the making and an RFA. The Flyers should reasonable be able to pry him away from Jersey.
3. Rasmus Sandin is another intriguing name for the Flyers. Despite not really needing help on the back end, adding young promising talents when they become available is how championship teams are made. Rasmus Sandin of the Leafs is no different. the 22-year old is a RFA and with Muzzin, Reilly and Giordano already there, he may choose to leave for some more playing time. He's another great skater and confident puck handler. He can also play the powerplay and kill penalties, A Tortorella type guy.
4. Jesse Puljujarvi only made $1.175 million this season and will definitely be looking for a pay raise. The former 4th overall pick is still just 24 and is a guy who can play up and down your lineup. He has that scoring touch and has that physical aspect of the game. He's big, fast and gritty. A useful guy you don't need to overpay for.
