Hockey Insider Reveals News On Flyers Goaltending Situation

We all know that, to be a successful, you must have great goaltending. All the good teams have that. The Philadelphia Flyers are hoping that they have THE goaltender in 23 year old Carter Hart.

Hart struggled this season with a 12-18-3 record, a 3.42 goals against and a save percentage of .900. Both Hart and the Flyers know for them to improve, Hart has to be better. Hart shared the load with goaltender Martin Jones who wasn't much better with a 13-24-7 record, a 3.16 goals against and .905 save percentage.
The Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher was hoping Jones would bring some stability in goal with the 32 year old veteran goaltender but that wasn't the case.

But what are Fletcher's plans when it comes to goaltending heading into next season?
Here's what Charlie O'Connor from The Athletic reported.
"Fletcher says the decision on a No. 2 goalie is up in the air. They'll look at trades as well as UFAs. But they haven't ruled out letting Sandstrom and Fedotov battle it out."
