Flyers Insider broke the story on the weekend of a young minor League hockey player that left the ice to go throw hands with a parent of the opposing team in the stands.
We didn't know much at first when the incident was shared on social media, but now we've learned that the 14 year-old player and his father are facing criminal charges following the assault to the other parent.
The player has been suspended indefinitely, and will possibly receive a lifetime ban from the League. That's not all he could be handed a heavy fine and possibly jail time.
