I don't want to jump to conclusion, but does this mean that Claude Giroux will not return in Philadelphia? Because if he was, I assume he would retrieve his "C".

I still think that Scott Laughton or Sean Couturier are good candidate to take over as captain next season. But it seems that Chuck Fletcher doesn't think the same...
