There's this big NCAA free agency frenzy going on in the NHL.

Chuck Fletcher already signed Ronnie Attard and Noah Cates, and it is believed that the Flyers' GM isn't done. Of course, the Flyers have other prospects in the NCAA like Bobby Brink. However, the Flyers are also looking elsewhere and according to Elliotte Friedman, the team is among the heaviest pursuers of the 23ayear-old center Ben Meyers from the University of Minnesota.
"Detroit, Minnesota and Philadelphia are believed to be among the heaviest pursuers for free-agent Ben Meyers at the University of Minnesota. Still has a Frozen Four to play, though," wrote Friedman.

Ben Meyers is a finalist for the Hobey Baker Trophy, and could be a 3rd liner in the "immediate futur" according to Alexander Appleyard.
This season, Meyers recorded 41 points in 33 games. He also played 4 games during the Olympics with Team USA, registering 4 points.
