James Van Riemsdyk mocked Phil Kessel during a press conference

Phil Kessel and James Van Riemsdyk had a lot of success when they were in Toronto, even though the Maple Leafs weren't a good team at the time.

However, both of them kept a solid relationship.

Yesterday, Mike Yeo announced that Keith Yandle will be a healthy scratch against the Maple Leafs (a game the Flyers lost 6-3), which meant that Yandle's incredible ironman streak will come to an end.

After Yandle, Kessel was the player with the most consecutive games played among active skaters. He is now the first on this list since Yandle wasn't dressed yesterday.


James Van Riemsdyk was asked about that and said something extremely funny - but true - about Kessel.
