Mike Yeo announced a good and a bad news ahead of tonight's game

Noah Cates, who recently signed his ELC with the team, will play his first NHL game. The 23 years old forward will take Max Willman's spot in the lineup.

The young player has been placed on the 3rd line with Morgan Frost and Owen Tippett. Hayden Hodgson, who was on that line against the Predators, will play on the 4th line alongside Patrick Brown and Zack MacEwen.

They decided to go with Hodgson because of the physicality of the Wild's roster. Also, Mike Yeo said that the defensive mistakes that Willman made recently was an argument to sit him tonight.

However, there's a bad news. Carter Hart will not play tonight because of a nagging injury. Martin Jones will be between the pipes, as Felix Sandstrom was recalled from Lehigh Valley to back up Jones.

It's not a bad injury in the case of Hart, so they expect him to be good by the end of the weekend.
