Even if you possess great character and intangibles, it seems that nothing can prevent you from being traded.

This is the situation that the Philadelphia Flyers are facing as Danny Briere focuses on rebuilding the team.
The Athletic reports that forward Scott Laughton is among players Philadelphia is listening to offers on.

GM Daniel Briere is reportedly «open for business and listening on almost anyone who would help the organization get younger.»

Laughton, 29, is fresh off a career-high NHL season and a Gold Medal win with Team Canada at the IIHF World Championships.

Briere is willing to consider offers for anyone who could assist in the organization's effort to become younger.
It would be beneficial to trade Scott Laughton now while his value is high, considering his impressive performance last season with 43 points in 78 games and a gold medal win in the IIHF World Hockey Championships with Team Canada.
