One of the best goalies in the NHL traded to the Minnesota Wild

That's huge for the Minnesota Wild.

According to multiple reports, they have acquired goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury from the Chicago Blackhawks for a conditional 2nd round pick that can become a 1st round pick if the Wild reaches the Western Conference Final and Fleury accounts for 4 wins or more in the first two rounds.
The Blackhawks also retains 50% on Fleury salary.

With this move, the Wild had to trade away one of their goalies and it appears that Kaapo Kahkonen has been dealt to the San Jose Sharks for defenseman Jacob Middleton and a 5th round pick.
This season, Marc-André Fleury registered a 19-21-5 record, a 2.95 GAA and a .908 save percentage. Last year, he won the Vezina Trophy as the best goaltender in the NHL.
