The Philadelphia Flyers injury list continues to grow during tonights game. Currently the Flyers have several players injured and also many banged up who are still playing.

Cam Atkinson is missing his eighth game of the season, when Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher let the media know he will be ready for the home opener..
Sean Couturier's injury recovery date was pushed from one week to 3-4 months minimum as he is coming off of surgery from a repaired herniated disc.
Patrick Brown had surgery on his back as well and is on the injury reserve list.

Ryan Ellis, the man, the myth, the legend who we probably will never see again, seems to not have a date set for a return from his ''multiple'' injuries suffered, but many NHL analysts believe his career is over.
Rasmus Ristolainen and Carter Hart both headed into the Flyers season banged up with injuries suffered in pre season.
And now it appears we have another forward to add to the Flyers long injury list..

That forward is Flyers Zack MacEwen, who got interfered with during tonights matchup against the New York Rangers. MacEwen was shoved and lost his footing, his entire weight landed on his back, cameras were cut short but it would not be a surprise if he hit his head on the ice.
Once again, the referees did not even call it a penalty, shame on them.
