That's an interesting development.

Michael Raffl's career in the NHL could have come to an end. According to Mario Kleinberger of Kleine Zeitung, Michael Raffl could return to Europe next season. The reason? He's not happy with the offer that the Dallas Stars made to him.
Multiple teams from the National League are interested in the services of the 33-year old forward.
Raffl played the majority of his career with the Philadelphia Flyers. He was traded last year to the Washington Capitals. Last summer, the forward signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Stars.
This season, the left winger registered 16 points in 76 games.
