Kate Madigan, has spent 6 years with the organization. This being the only year as Asst. General Manager, but spent a year scouting and a few years in Player Development. Kate Madigan could be a great asset to the Penguins front office, a fresh new set of eyes. Someone who can stir things around, maybe help kick a rebuild into action in the next few years. Really help put the Penguins in the right direction again, which she has done with the New Jersey Devils already.
Meghan Duggan, has two years of experience under her belt, becoming Director of Player Development in 2021-22. She was also an Assistant Coach at Clarkson University, for two years prior to joining the Devils organization. Meghan, knows the game of hockey extremely well, having played for Team USA and coaching. That knowledge and experience can come in big in a front office position, which is why she is a possible candidate for the job.
