Noah Cates, a young two-way forward for the Philadelphia Flyers, recently filed for arbitration after the team and GM Danny Briere offered him and three other Flyers RFA's qualifying offers.
Despite his impressive performance this season, with 13 goals and 38 points in 82 games, it seems that the offer wasn't to his liking.
