Survey reveals which NHL fan base drinks the most

Alcohol and sports don't go without each other. We know that sports fans consumes a lot of alcohol while watching a game in front of their TVs or at the arena.

But which NHL fan base drinks the most? A recent survey revealed some surprising answers...


For instance, the top-5 fan bases that drink the most are the Maple Leafs (1), the Blackhawks (2), the Lightning (3), the Avalanche (4) and the Coyotes (5). The Philadelphia Flyers fans are ranked 18th in the NHL, with an average of 2.6 drinks per game - which costs them on average $31.20.
