Chuck Fletcher is going to be a very busy man. And he's also going to have to make some really tough decisions in the upcoming weeks.
It was reported, several months ago, that the Flyers tried to trade forward Travis Konecny, but as we can all see, the forward is still in Philadelphia. With that being said, it doesn't mean it that he will stay with the organization moving forward.
According to David Pagnotta, from The Fourth Period, the Los Angeles Kings are reportedly interested in Konecny.
If a move was made, when would the two teams pull the trigger ? If I had to bet, I'll put my money on the next offseason, but the Kings really want to make the playoffs and it wouldn't be surprising if they tried to acquire Konecny at the deadline.
Travis Konecny has still 3 years on his current deal, and has an impact of $5.5M on the salary cap.
