The NHL Makes a Huge Announcement Regarding Jersey Ads

And it seems that jersey ads are here to stay; with great odds for increase in size, and amount on hockey sweaters, throughout the NHL.

ESPN's Greg Wyshynski believes that while there is the possibility to add more ad patches in respective areas of the hockey sweaters.

While NHL Chief Business Officer Keith Wachtel said, "In the current program, it's one patch, in one area only."

If there's been additional areas added to the list of spots on NHL jersey where ads could be placed, surely, the NHL would consider adding the ads, rather than just leaving the areas blank.
