Jacob Trouba will not face supplementary discipline after his hit last night on Sidney Crosby.

With 5:45 remaining in the second period, Sidney Crosby was decked by Jacob Trouba as they fought for a bouncing puck. The Penguins' captain immediately went towards his bench, grimacing in discomfort. He did not return to the game.
Rangers coach Gerard Gallant went on record to say that there was no malicious intentions and no intent to injure Crosby.

Apparently, the NHL and NHL player safety agreed, letting Trouba off the hook without a fine or a suspension.
Trouba has had one previous suspension back in 2017 when he was booked two games for hitting Mark Stone to the head.
It's playoff hockey time and there's no point in whining. The players have to protect themselves too.
