According to some news sources out of former Vancouver, Canucks center Brandon Sutter is still unable to skate or work out due to longterm side effects from COVID-19.

Sutter, 33, caught COVID-19 two years ago at a time where the full Vancouver team had to take a week off to deal with the virus.
Sutter's contact with the Canucks came to an end this summer and he is an unrestricted free agent. He did not play in the 2021-2022 season after his symptoms actually got worse over the summer.
