The Philadelphia Flyers held exit interviews today, after their final game of the regular season.

The Flyers beat the Chicago Blackhawks 5-4 on Jonathan Toews' last game, and one of the players interviewed had been a healthy scratch.
DeAngelo disagreed with John Tortorella's decision to scratch him for the last 5 games.

Although DeAngelo expressed his dislike of being the odd man out recently, he went on to respect Tortorella's decision to scratch him.
«My whole life I wanted to be a Flyer, and now that I am, I don't take it for granted at all. It's something that means a lot to me, so I'm not going to let any relationship stuff get in the way. He's the coach of the team, so you've got to respect it, and I respect what he does.

«Do I agree with it and what happened the last five games? Absolutely not,» he added. «I think it's ridiculous that I didn't play the last five. That's one thing. But he's also the coach, and it's not my job to decide that.»

Since neither DeAngelo nor Torts will divulge details on the development or lack of compete in DeAngelo's game is it a matter of DeAngelo being done in Philly? It sounds like he wants to stay in Philly, but with his price tag, is it feasible if Danny Briere wants to tear it all down?
