During Wednesday night's Western Conference rivalry game between the Anaheim Ducks and Minnesota Wild, two tough guys named Nathan Beaulieu and Connor Dewar got into one of the best fights of the season.
Even though the battle was incredibly one-sided, it was still a great tilt in which both combatants traded punches fist for fist.
When watching a battle, one of the things that worry spectators the most is head injuries, particularly when the participants strike the ice. Prior fights left George Parros and Colton Orr with severe head wounds that rendered them both unconscious.
When this almost happened to Connor Dewar, he was only a few inches from a horrific situation. Thankfully, everything turned out okay.
