That's not what you're looking for as a player.

The playoffs are beginning today, which means that some former Flyers will be in action. At the last trade deadline, Claude Giroux, Derick Brassard and Justin Braun were dealt by Chuck Fletcher, and luckily for those three, they are going to have the opportunity to win the Stanley Cup.
In the case of Claude Giroux, the Florida Panthers will begin their first round series tomorrow against the Washington Capitals.
But for Brassard and Braun, they are visibly going to have to wait before playing in the postseason. The Edmonton Oilers play tonight against the Los Angeles Kings, and the forward wasn't on one of the four offensive units at practice today.

It's the same for Braun. He wasn't on one of the three defensive pairings for the New York Rangers, who are playing against the Pittsburgh Penguins tomorrow night at MSG.
Even during the regular season, Brassard and Braun weren't really used much by their respective coach. In the case of the former, he has played only 15 games with the Oilers, with an average time on the ice of 9:53. It's pretty much the same story for Braun, who appeared in only eight games with the Rangers.
They are pretty much living a nightmare on a personal level because of their lack of playing time.
