Wife of Borje Salming Makes Heartbreaking Update to The Public

Unfortunately, his health is beginning to rapidly decline again, and his wife had something to say about it.

According the Hockey Feed, Borje's wife, Pia, received an award in honor of her husband, and what she had to say was quite concerning.

She said, "we are not doing this anymore." It is believed that the comment was directed toward public appearances. With his health declining again, it seems that it may be time to spend time with family and friends rather than going around and being honored by strangers.

You can't blame her for her comments, as they have gone through an emotional roller coaster throughout Borje's battle with ALS. Recently, Borje was honored and given an NHL award. You can just see how emotional everything is for him and his family in this video:
