Alex Lyon Is Expected To Start Wednesday!

Some great news for the Philadelphia Flyers and F,lyers' fans. Goalie Alex Lyon is expected to get the call and start Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers. It'll be his first start of the season and he'll have a tough task at hand trying to slow down the red hot Buffalo Sabres. "I've prepared the right way," Lyon said after practice. "I'm just sticking to the same game plan. I just tried to go out and have a really good practice today, and whenever the situation may call, I'll be ready for it."
It's a call that had to be made considering Calvin Pickard currently has a 4.60 goals against average and .852 save percentage on the season.
