"The Philadelphia Flyers beat the Pittsburgh Penguins for the second straight game last night and unfortunately we saw a bit of dirty play. Of course the one play that stuck like a sore thumb was Jared McCann's elbow on Travis Sanheim. It was clearly intentional and targeted and after review the NHL Department of Player Safety made a ruling on the hit. On top of the two minute penalty he was given yesterday, McCann has also been fined $10k which is the maximum allowable under the CBA.What do you think about the NHL's ruling?
